[Plugin: WP Minify] no js or css files beeing minified

Hi,

I’m using a multisite setup with a changed wp-content folder.
It seems that no files are being added to minify url, except those in wp-admin and theme folder.

Possible that this plugin has a bug with changed wp-content folder?
