[Plugin: WP Minify] Ability to include extra JS and CSS files

I can’t seem to get Minify to include this extra file: wp-content/themes/twentyten/style.css
The full and short form names were tried and Minify fails to include the file. Does the “Ability to include extra JS and CSS files” support ‘local’ files?
