[Plugin: WP Migrate DB] Probs with replacement

Hello,
I recently migrated two databases from a domain like ‘https://123.123.123.123/wordpress’ to a new domain like ‘http.//456.456.456.456’.
Most of the db is converted correctly but in one table it is converted to ‘https://456.456.456.456/wordpress’ which is non-existant. How comes it fails just in this one?
