[Plugin: WP Live CSS Editor] Edit CSS button is hidden

I just reinstalled the plugin and I get an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/simonw/public_html/play_aaaief/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1187

What do I do?
My site does not work…

Hi Simon ! just a quick answer I hope that’s it ! As I said in the description of the plugin:
You may need to fix a ?bug? in wp-includes/capabilities.php, inserting the following line at the begining:

require_once(‘pluggable.php’);

Can you tell me if that solves it?
(Or you may have to erase the plugin through FTP to make the site work again)
