[Plugin: WP Link Robot] "Allow submission of non-reciprocal links" setting not working

I have enabled “Allow submission of non-reciprocal links” but submissions are not accepted. The error, Please fill out Reciprocal URL, is displayed and no email is sent to the administrator. Please advise.
