[Plugin: WP jQuery Lightbox] Would love Title AND/OR Caption

Most lightbox plugins lack the ability to use the Caption field from the Media Library as well as (or instead of) the Title field. Can anyone tell me how to customize to get the Caption working?

(BTW I don’t want to enter my caption in the title field. That makes my Media Library harder to manage and impacts my SEO activities.)
