[Plugin: WP jQuery Lightbox] Can we enqueue WP J-LB into the theme's enqueue script?

I just had to manually update the code in my theme’s Enqueue script to meet with GoogleApi’s new JQuery script version and suddenly I lost the WP J-LB ?? I’m wondering if I can include it in my theme’s enqueue.php file to help resolve my issue? Or is this not recommended?
