    I suspect that there is a problem with running the mysqldump command on your host.

    Are you Windows/Linux?
    What version of mysql?

    I’m with the same problem:

    Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /(...)plugins/wp-instantbackup/WP-InstantBackup.php on line 683
