[Plugin: WP Hotlink Protection] inserted into Modularity lite

Hi, I installed yr plugin only to get ERR: install created 256 charcaters of unknown code. I have a site https://www.surfscapephotography.com underconstruction, no sub direct, and the .htaccess file is available. Install failed to create a Settings – Admin Hot Link in WP.

I tried a deactivate & re-install but still failed, sorry cannot determine any reasons why it failed? Just wanted to advise.
