  • We’d like to install it sitewide so that we can prepare help for sub-site administrators, and all of them will see it. Is this possible?

    I guess there’s one way to find out… ??

Unfortunately it didn’t work. The plugin does work in multisite, but each sub-site seems to get its own instance…which would mean a different set of help files for each sub-site.

Is there any way to make it work sitewide, where the Super Admin could create help files that are visible in all the sub-site admin areas?

    Thanks,

Thanks for checking. Actually it does make sense in a way, but it would be helpful if there would be an option to make it available sitewide too. Or an option to easily import it into other sites so you don’t have to write the same stuff all the time…

    This option would be awesome

+1 from me too, this would be a great feature

This feature (or lack there of) is holding us back from adopting this.

I understand that the plugin is Powered by Custom Post Types, but…
Since wp3.3 is out and there will probably be an update, could you please look into this quite old request as well with an option to ONLY be editable by super-admins?

    Thank you

IMHO, for a multisite setup, it’s probably best to create a ‘help.yourdomain.com’ WP generic help site
