[Plugin: WP-Handbook] Plugin widget breaks the page when link clicked

This plugin is exactly what we need, allowing the visitor/reader to select which pages they want to convert to PDF for later use.
The only problems i’m having are:
1) When attempting to delete an item from the list of selected articles it gives me an error: Error ajax for delete row! This happens in Chrome and IE8 (and assuming FF as well)
2) At the page that displays the View PDF button (which is the page displayed after clicking on the widget link), the display breaks the page template (view at https://www.simcomedia.com/handbook by adding an article to the list then clicking widget headline). Note how the footer shifts to the left and there’s no content area surrounding your handbook details content.
3) It would be marvelous if the widget actually had a box below the headline that contained the actual article count and link for PDF page generation instead of just the headline.
