    Does it just take a while before I will see my face with the posts on Google’s listings? Because it’s showing up in the rich snippets tester.

    From my experience, it can take 4-6 weeks for your picture to show up in the results. I’ve used this plugin and it works but it took about 1 month to see the results. I’ve used other methods on non-WP sites and had the same results.
