[Plugin: Wp G-Mappity] Doesn’t work

After unzipping into wp-content/plugins WordPress doesn’t display the plugin. After moving the files down a level from plugins/wpgmappity/wpgmappity to plugins/wpgmappity it does show up, but when trying to activate this triggers a fatal error – I think because the code depends on the folder within a folder structure.
