[Plugin: WP Filter Post Category] Does not work in TwentyTen Theme

This plugin seems to clobbers a custom menu. Using the out of the box twenty ten theme and build a new menu on the dashboard under Appearance. The menu disappears when this plugin is activated. The plugin seems to work fine without the custom menu.
