I am trying to display one file list for all categories using the table template, that will list files under each category. I am using the following shortcode:
    [wpfilebase tag=list tpl=table showcats=1]

No category names are displaying at all. Is there something I need to add to the shortcode to do this?

  • I’m having a similar problem. Folders (categories) are only displayed when I am logged in as admin on my site, not when I visit a page as a regular user. I am using the following shortcode:
    [wpfilebase tag=browser id=59 /]
By the way, single files are displayed correctly, both for the admin as regular users. E.g.
    [wpfilebase tag=file id=162 tpl=filebrowser /]

Anyone got a clue how to resolve this?

Sorry, the problem was caused by insufficient user rights on the categories and files. Resolved now, everything works okay.

Glad to hear it. My problem was fixed by upgrading to the newest version of WP-Filebase. Now my categories display like they should.
