[Plugin: WP Favorite Posts] Show how many favorites a user has?

I was wondering, is there a way that I can show the number of favorite posts each individual user has?

On my website (www.bassandformat.com), I want to show this number on the main menu when a user logs in. I am going to set it up so that the user can click on this number and then it will take them to their favorites page, where it lists all of the posts they favorited. If they don’t have any favorites, I would like it to say “0”.

Is there a way of displaying a user’s favorite count? Thank you!
