[Plugin: WP Facebook Open Graph protocol] !! thumbnails not showing up for my partner, but they work

    My business partner and I work together and create content for https://hahasforhoohas.com. Whenever she creates a post with photos, the pictures/thumbnails NEVER show up when she attempts to share the link on our Facebook page. She has tried taking the backward slash off the end of the permalink when posting – and that doesn’t work. She also goes to FB debugger. Nothing helps.

    However, I never have any issues with this. Usually, I have to go in to her post for her, copy and paste her content and make an entirely new post and publish it. Sharing works right away for me, with all the right thumbnails. What gives?

    Our programmer is completely stumped. He thinks it may have to do with her computer’s security settings, or firewall in the home and recommended she try posting at a friend’s house on another network to see if that makes a difference. That seems bizarre to me.

    What are our options? She’s about at her wits end and cannot figure out what’s going on. Also, this has only started happening to her within the last couple month or so. Is it something she’s doing? Could it be her browser? Could it be her computer’s settings?

    Also, I would provide a link to her last post, but it wouldn’t help as I already deleted her post and set it up again. As I said, it works for me.

    to be honest. no clue. lol. If debugger says it’s good then it’s good. Could be her cache.

    biggest thing to remember here… facebook is buggy as hell. Sometimes it doens’t work for me either – but usually putting the same url in the debugger helps fix it. Facebook says that’ll clear their cache for that url. seems to work mostly but it is facebook.

    When you put in a URL facebook sends scrappers out to grab the content… so technically it really has nothing to do with her computer. maaaaybe it’s something weird in browser cache… but clear and dump all that too just in case but use the debugger.
