[Plugin: WP External Links] Banner After Footer Not Opening in New Window

The plugin is working EXTREMELY well for every portion of our site except the new banner section seen beneath our footer. The banners are inserted using the ‘WP Bannerize’ plugin and referenced using the ‘WP Bannerize’ shortcode.
Any assistance with making the banner links open in a new window is greatly appreciated.
