[Plugin: WP E-Commerce Pick-up Shipping Module] How does this work?

I have successfully installed the plugin on my hosted WordPress https://www.godgave.no. I also have the option “Pick-up” under Porto in Admin. However customer cannot choose local pickup when checkout.
What can I do?
