[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] No help/support for customers

I purchased their gold cart upgrade two weeks ago and I accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout. To unlock the upgrade they email you an api key to the email used during checkout. Since it was the wrong email address I never got the key (my fault I know.) I tired emailing the email address given to me at checkout. No response. The only other email address I could find on their site is no longer monitored or supported.
They have a premium support option on their site for gold cart customers but in order to submit the request you need to enter the api key or the user they assign (both things distributed to the user’s email address at checkout.) Since I can’t access those things I can’t get premium support.
In their forums they have an open topic to post to in regards to the gold cart upgrade. I posted my problem there. It’s been almost two weeks and still no response there either.
I have no way of contacting the company that I purchased a product from that they will respond.
Right now I’d recommend looking at other e-commerce plugins where the support team ACTUALLY responds to you.
