[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Just how buggy IS 3.6 RC1?

I’m totally new to the WP E-Commerce plugin, and I just installed the WordPress 2.5 update, so naturally I installed the RC1 version of WP E-Commerce. But, I seem to be running into lots of weird behavior with it. Since I haven’t used any of the older versions, can anyone vouch if RC1 is really ready for real production work yet? The site says it is “stable” but it sure doesn’t seem like it.
