[Plugin: WP E-commerce Expanding Categories] Unlink top-level category

Adam,

I really appreciate the plugin – I was wondering if there’s a way to make the top-level category *not* link to the category, but only the sub-categories? ie,

Category 1 (doesn’t link to Category 1 page) [+]
cat a (does link to a)
cat b (does link to b)
