    Have an issue where if I purchase an item for 18.99 and apply a coupon for 20, Checkout says no charge but when I go to Paypal I see discount being applied is .01 less then product value.

    Is this a glitch or deliberate?

    Also is there a way to apply discount to shipping as again, Checkout says no charge – Paypal is applying the shipping charge I set up.

    Can you check it?
