[Plugin: WP-DownloadManager] all links end in 404 (again!)

As already posted in my last thread NOT A SINGLE LINK works after upgrading to 3.4.1.
All end up in 404 pages.
I would be very grateful is someone has a solution. Also the author could at least state that he is trying to solve it.
