In my deployment it works fine with 3.1, but there are still errors with some Firefox environments. In the next plugin version 1.3 I will deal with that, hopefully. It should be available at the beg. of June.

Hey, it’s a great plugin that I’ve used in the past. I’ve come back to use it again on the same site and it won’t work? I wonder if this is due to the WP updates to 3.1 since I first installed it? I have not installed any new plugins since and have updated to the latest version of WP Download Codes. The backend appears to be working fine, it’s just when a code is entered into the front end, it returns the message for “Maximum of downloads reached”, no matter how high I set this value? Any ideas what might be wrong or how I can fix this?

Also, it would be great to be able to delete old releases from the past at a later stage. Just a suggestsion. ??

Thanks misanthrop! It’s awesome when it works.

    Cheers

Mine has never worked but I only started trying to use it a couple months ago.
    The error I get is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: scandir() in /public_html/main/wp-content/plugins/wp-download-codes/dc_administration.php on line 153
    Location of download files

I get this error whether using firefox, chrome, ie explore….. do I maybe just have a bad install or something?

If have just uploaded a new version 1.3, which is not final yet, but this might solve all recent problems as well as the Firefox download issue.

@besatree: Your error is related to the PHP version you are using. It should be >= 5.0, as in prior versions the scandir() function is not available.
