• It seems the download link fails to work in Firefox. The blank href issue appears and when you click on the link to download the file and nothing happens.

Everything works as it should in Safari, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome though. The file downloads fine which is great.

Any ideas why it fails in Firefox and works in all the other browsers?

    Any help appreciated.

What OS are you on? And which plugins have you installed?

I think Misanthrop is onto something. I used 3.6.6 yesterday, it worked, today 3.6.7 worked too (just upgraded!). I wonder if you have some kind of blocker going.

I upgraded to firefox 3.6.7 too and it now works. not sure what the issue is or what changed though…

This is a problem again now. Seems different versions of Firefox have the problem as described in my first post.

Any ideas on what causes the problem? I have a thousand codes out there and people being unable to claim their file every day!

lowercase001: which versions of Firefox have worked? Not worked?

I am having a similar issue, except for me it’s a safari issue. the link shows up but when you click to download it just refreshes the page. has anyone got this resolved?

I’m in the same boat on this and I’m getting constant complaints. Internet Explorer is the only browser that is consistently successful for me.

As the main and only developer I am really sorry for this. I did not find the reason for this yet, and as I do all the developments in my rare spare time, I cannot manage to afford the necessary effort.

I would highly appreciate any PHP developer who can have a look at this and help me solving the issue.
