[Plugin: WP-DBManager] support stopped in June '09

we might want to drop this pluggin as it is no longer supported and will fall behind. Dev was stopped back at W 2.5. It’s already broken with permanent warning that your DB folder may be unsecured.

Check author’s site. He’s formally announced no more support.
