• Hi,

I just recently installed your plugin using WP multi-site. Very nice plugin.

Since your plugin supports the dump of the entire database, and not just for a particular site, I think it would be great for you to move the “database” menu item from a particular site’s admin area to the Network admin site.

    Cheers,
    Chris

  • +1 on this feature. Should add a condition where if multisite, make sure option is only available in network admin menu!

I also installed this plugin and use it for a multisite (network activated) where I have one main site and one in a subdirectory. As I recognized also that it backup the whole database I did not activate the auto backups on the subsite. Is this the right way to do this and is my backup thus complete by using it only on the primary site? Note I did a network activation of the plugin ?

Interesting. Any thoughts on this, Lester?

Another vote here. Would be great to be able to network activate the plugin and just have the menu on the network dashboard and nowhere else

I have not had a chance to see how MS works. If you guys manage to do it before me, feel free to fork the repo https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-dbmanager and submit a pull request =)
