[Plugin: WP-DB-Backup] Plugin put it FTP (and I don't ask for it)

The plugin isn’t working very well in the last weeks/months. It don’t send by email regulary (sometimes send, others not). Well, the big problem is that it’s making backup on my server and I don’t know how to stop it.
It’s possible to delete this function in plugin code?
