[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] [WPCR_INSERT] Shortcode Duplicate Content

    Hi,

    I’m currently using the [WPCR_INSERT] shortcode on a page and finding that I’m now getting duplicate content from the WP Customer Reviews plugin.

    The shortcode is working – it’s adding the content where it’s supposed to be… However, it is also adding the Review and form after the main content as well!

    Does anyone know where I can edit the code so that using the shortcode works *properly*?

    Hi ZainB,

    To get rid of the duplicates, go to the (admin)page your reviews are in, get rid of the shortcode and just check the “Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” part just beneath the text field of that page.
    Worked for me!

    Hi, I have the shortcode [WPCR_INSERT] on a widget area and it duplicates the review on the actual post/page. An example can be found here: https://ritzycharters.com/www2/yachts/crystal-clear/

    I have unchecked Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page on that specific post/page and nothing.

    The plugin is great but this is stopping me from using it.
    Any suggestions?
