  • Go to the wp-customer-reviews.css file. Change 

    #wpcr_respond_1 .vcard {
font-size: 10px !important;

    to 

    #wpcr_respond_1 .vcard {
font-size: 12px !important;

    Something like that. This was around line 65 for me.
