If anyone is looking for the guide on how to change the text, “Check this box to confirm you are human.” You need to edit the wp-customer-reviews.php file located in wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews. Go down to around line 1057 and you will see the text you need to change.

It took me a while to find this and I could not find an answer on the forum.
