[Plugin: WP-CRM – Customer Relations Management for WordPress] Not Saving New User in Admin

I’ve installed WP-CRM and everything is working EXCEPT adding a new user through the admin screen. When I click “Save” the fields are validated but nothing else. No Error Message Displayed. Please Advise.
