[Plugin: WP Complete Backup] Restore not working

I ran a backup last October and have the zip file. I can open it and see contents correctly. I am now trying to restore via upload but the restore does not complete. It seems to run continuously. I let it run over the course of an evening (12 hrs) and it did not seem to take. Any advice?
