[Plugin: WP Complete Backup] Receiving HTTP 404 while executing remote backup

I am trying to execute remote backup.
1. I have tried via curl:
curl https://domain.com/app/wordpress/wp-complete-backup/api-XXX/type-both
2. Configured to bind any address for executing the remote backup and called the url via browser on the local machine.
in the both cases I received:
HTTP Status 404
