[Plugin: WP Complete Backup] Installed but not showing in plug-ins admin

  • Hi! Firstly, thanks for developing such a great plug-in. I installed the plug-in to my site and have 3 backups sitting in the storage folder on my server but am unable to see it/access it from the backend plug-ins admin page. It just disappeared the next time I visited the back-end. I cant re-install it as I get an error message saying it already exists.

    I have the following plug-ins installed
    Akismet
    All-in-One Event Calendar
    All in One SEO Pack
    Fancybox
    Google Analytics
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    Shareaholic
    WP-Table Reloaded
    WPtouch

    Wotnow,

    I don’t think I have ever encountered what you’re describing. Would you want to arrange a time for me to have a look at the admin area of your site? I would really need to look at it first hand to get an idea of what is going on.

    Hi .. thanks for replying. I had almost given up and was about to delete the plug in. Yes I would love u to look at it. Time wise I am in australia, thanks
