[Plugin: WP Complete Backup] Database Restore Not Working

I had the same problem, but discovered my server did not have sufficient PHP write access to do the SQL backup. (BTW, this is noted in the documentation PDF.)

I then used MySQL to IMPORT the database.sql file from the backed up files. That Worked!
