there is something that is driving me nuts with this plugin:

using chrome, I can’t search the file I am editing anymore.

I used to edit i.e. the style.css with the default editor, search for an id via ctrl+f the browser would find it, jump there I edit it save, thats it.

doesn’t work with chrome and this editor anymore ?? gotta scroll around and look for the element ??

    could this be somehow solved?

I added the quick open with auto-complete of file name above the theme/plugin file list box. Just start typing in the file name, it will auto suggest, and double-tap enter, use the arrow keys or tab/enter…

I just posted v.3.2.2 — It may take a bit for the repository to update (usually around 20-30 minutes).

almost what I was talking about, I mean I can now search but it seems to only search the visible part of the file!?

i.e. I search for home and if it visible in the part I scrolled to it is found, but I know it occurs a couple of more times further down…

This is also exactly what I need! The ability to find all instances of a term in the code is the most vital feature that an editor needs. Like Ovidiu, for me it only finds the search term in the visible part of the window and ignores all the other instances further down. The default editor doesn’t do this but it finds all instances.
