[Plugin: WP Coda Slider] Updated plugin

Hi there,

While using your plugin we noticed a different behavior when using the shortcode and the php method.

Looking into your script I saw hat you’re using different procedures to generate the markup in both cases, which is inherently wrong.

I went ahead and moved the code for generating the markup in a new method and after some other simple formatting we are now using this:

Not much has changed but the markup is now the same for both methods.
