[Plugin: WP Clean Characters] How long?

Hi,
I’m waiting now for three hours and it still says:
“Please be patient while all posts are filtered”

I got some 400 posts on my blog. Is that still normal or should I stop?

And what happens if you stop/close the window before it ends?
