[Plugin: WP Carousel] broken from previous version

hi there previous version worked on my site fine,

soon as i updated it it started complaining like this:
‘carousel with ID 0 has been shown please do not show more than once each carousel’ – apart from the appalling english – ive managed to get it to show a few times by creating a new one and then referencing that, but then as soon as i try and change the image sizes, i get this error message come up again. this was all working fine in previous version. im using the spectrum theme.

any ideas ?
