[Plugin: WP BUSINESS DIRECTORY MANAGER] Images still not uploading & other errors

  • I love the concept of this plugin but still cannot get the images to work. I have followed all the instructions, created the folders, chmod is 777 but nothing works.
    The error’s I’m getting are:

    Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: No such file or directory in /home/****/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-business-directory-manager/wpbusdirman.php on line 4474

  • MummaShell, based on those error messages it sounds as if your upload folders do not exist. I see you say you’ve created them but the plugin isn’t finding them at the specified location and it also isn’t succeeding in creating them when it tries (Warning: mkdir() indicates that the plugin is not succeeding in creating the folders)

    Since you have created the folders manually the plugin should not be trying to create them. It does that because it cannot find them when it checks to see if they exist. This is not a problem I can assist with remotely. You will need to use the contact form at

    MummaShell, thank you for allowing me to check the problem on your site. If anyone else is having a similar problem who is using a version under 1.5, please update to 1.5. The issue has been fixed in 1.5

    hi there.

    I have created those folders, but I just can’t figure out where one can upload an image? I went to the page I created for submitting listings, but there is no field for uploading an image, and if I go create new fields for the form, there is nothing there for uploading images too, so what am I missing here?

    @ovidiu, don’t know if you’re still trying to sort this out. If you are still having a problem can you please let me know if the problem is with the most recent version of the plugin? Also, is our WP installed at root or at root/wp?

    sorry themestown, gave up on that project, but as far as I remember, it was just in a place I wasn’t looking at… not a functionality problem, rather a design prob.

    On another site I have a different image or style issue. I did make any changes to the code.

    The last images and the header overlap.
