[Plugin: WP BUSINESS DIRECTORY MANAGER] Directory Display/Add does not show upon install

Installed, and created three pages as described. Created sample Category and Directory. However nothing shows up on pages. Tried resetting permalink also. The only place I see something working is when I enter a new Directory entry and click View Post, it shows the entry (albeit page layout is out).
