[Plugin: WP Bannerize] Multi-Site wp_[x]_bannerize_b table problem

    When I create a new site (WP 3.1 Network) does not create the table wp_[x]_bannerize_b and the plugin fails.

    I have to create the table manually to get back to work.

    How I can fix this to be done automatically?
