See my post below yours. It only works (increments) the click through if you are logged into admin. Hopefully we can be told how to fix this soon!

I’m logged in into administrator and counter is not incrementing.

I hope this small prob will be solved soon. This plugin is really useful!

has this ever been resolved as I too am not receiving any click counts on over 1000 impressions of two different ads.

I love this plugin and would like to use it for all my banners howerver I can not see any clicks being counted.

Same problem for me… the impression counter works good… but the image click counter is not working!

atozfitness, are you still using the plugin? Tell me where the banners are and I’ll test them for you. I have been using the plugin for about a month and have seen recorded clicks.

Have you checked out your page in Google Analytics’ In-Page Analytics? That should also be recording clicks for you.

I am also experiencing this problem, and have dug a little deeper to identify what might be happening… although I dont know how to fix it.

when clicking on the banners – a javascript error is recorded in chrome developer tools:

Uncaught ReferenceError: WPBannerizeJavascript is not defined

this is referring to the onclick method which appears in each

<a href=""></a>

tag, I have looked through the code, to find any calls to the wpBannerizeFrontend.min.js code and it does not appear to be included within my template…

manually including this file does not solve the issue as it then refers to AJAX functions and localisation.

could really do with some assistance on this to fix the problem, as it appears many people are experiencing it.
