    I have fixed it by deleting;
    # WP-AVOID-SLOW Begin
    # Add Expires headers
    ExpiresActive On
    ExpiresDefault “access plus 5 days”
    # ETags
    FileETag none
    # WP-AVOID-SLOW END
    from my .htaccess file.
