[Plugin: WP-Activity] Cant access Blacklist tab in Settings

Hi, I want to blacklist some IPs that are attempting to perform a brute-force attack on the admin log in page, but I can no longer access the blacklist tab in the plugin’s settings area.
Can you help me with this?
