Plugin Works when Logged in Wp-Admin Only!

Installed latest sideoffer plugin and set to live. When im in wp-admin the sider offer appears on our website https://www.thinadoukasphoto.com . When i log out of wp-admin the sideoffer display disappears and is not shown. Can you advise why this is happening.
