Plugin works switching to a user as a super admin but doesn’t switch back.

  • I have an issue with our User Switching plugin – it successfully allows switching to a user when logged in as a Super Admin, but we are unable to switch back from a user to the Super Admin account.

    It allows switching to a user as a super admin; however, there is an issue when attempting to switch back. The ‘Back to Super Admin’ option is not available in the profile menu, and the expected cookies, such as ‘wordpress_user_sw_’ or ‘wordpress_user_sw_secure_’, are not present. The cause of this behavior is currently unknown.

    Thanks. Is there anything unusual about the configuration of your multisite? Are you using a domain mapping plugin? Can you try deactivating your other plugins to see if there is a conflict?
