Plugin works on CPT Category page but not on CPT single post page

Thanks for this excellent plugin! It is working flawlessly except for one condition: it does not show the configured widgets on PressApps Knowledge Base CPT single post pages.
Situation: I am attempting to show a widget with a list of stocks (Today’s Update) and a custom menu widget (Our Funds) on all knowledge base pages. The widgets show up on the following pages:
– Knowledge base main page: https://dev-bpcfa.pantheonsite.io/documents/
– Knowledge base category page (Fact Sheets): https://dev-bpcfa.pantheonsite.io/document-category/fact-sheets/However they do not show on the individual knowledge base article pages. As an example the following articles from the Fact Sheets category do not display the two widgets:
– https://dev-bpcfa.pantheonsite.io/fund-documents/2q2016-twinline-energy-fund-fact-sheet/
-https://dev-bpcfa.pantheonsite.io/fund-documents/2q2016-twinline-mlp-fund-fact-sheet/The widgets are configured to show on the following checked pages:
– Single Post (does not seem to affect widget display)
– Funds Documents Page (/Documents)
– Knowledge Base CPT
– Knowledge Base Categories
– Knowledge Base TagsAny idea why the widgets do not show on individual Knowledge Base article pages?
By the way, I intend to purchase the PRO plugin — even if it is not required to for the features we need.
